When we refund
- Order made wrong or item missing: we'll refund or remake the affected items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
- Couldn't deliver to your address: we'll refund the full order minus the delivery fee if the driver attempted delivery.
- Cancelled before prep: full refund. Once an order is in "Preparing," we can't cancel.
How to request
Call 781.629.4874 or reply to your order confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear in 5–10 business days.
Tips & loyalty
Driver tips are refunded only when the entire order is refunded. Loyalty points earned on a refunded order are reversed.
