TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By using the Tulum Taqueria app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place orders.

2. Ordering

Orders are accepted at the discretion of the restaurant. Prices, availability, and delivery zones may change at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including your address and phone number.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the charge for the order total displayed at checkout, including tax, fees, and gratuity.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available only in zones the restaurant has designated as active. Estimated times are approximate. The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events outside its control.

5. Loyalty & Promotions

Loyalty points and promotional codes have no cash value and may be modified or revoked at any time. Abuse of promotional codes may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulum Taqueria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
